Confluence Graphics is a full-service print shop and graphic design studio in Milwaukee, WI. While the physical store has been in business for over 26 years, current ownership took over at the end of 2020, meaning that they were effectively operating as a new business that requires in-person interaction at the height of a pandemic.
Confluence Graphics was experiencing two simultaneous, connected problems.
The first was that they needed to make money quickly to recoup their new ownership and startup costs.
The second was that they had inherited print contracts with a competitor of Impact’s, leaving them with extremely outdated, slow, expensive print machines, so they were unable to stand out or provide the solutions clients needed.
Together, those problems meant that when they needed business the most, they were poorly prepared to get it.
Impact’s experts came in to Confluence Graphics, performed a business assessment, and provided a customized recommendation for exactly what services and solutions would benefit their business the most.
That solution allowed them to get not just new color printing equipment, but also a new black and white machine, both of which had expanded capabilities compared to their old printers, all for a lower price than they had been paying before.
