CRN’s Managed Service Provider 500 (Elite 150)
CRN® named us to its Managed Service Provider (MSP) 500 list in the Elite 150 category for 2023, up thirty spots in the 2023 ranking compared to the previous year.
CRN’s annual MSP 500 list identifies the industry-leading service providers in North America. The companies on this list are driving a new wave of growth and innovation for the channel through forward-thinking approaches to providing managed services, helping end users increase efficiency, and simplifying IT solutions while maximizing their return on investment.
TechPoint Mira Award Nominee: Service Partner of the Year
We were selected as a nominee in the Service Partner of the Year category for the 24th annual Mira Awards program. The Mira Awards—presented by TechPoint, the industry-led growth initiative for Indiana’s technology sector—are the state’s largest, best-known, and most prestigious technology awards.
DocuWare Diamond Club Member
We achieved the status of Diamond Club Member with DocuWare for the 16th time, making Impact the longest continual member. Of more than 200 partners in North, South, and Central America, only 16 have been awarded the Diamond Club Membership this year.
ENX Magazine Difference Maker
Patrick Layton, vice president of managed IT services and partner, has been selected as a 2023 Difference Maker by Affinity Business Communications, publisher of ENX Magazine and ENX The Week in Imaging. A profile on Layton and 59 other honorees are included in the May issue of ENX Magazine.
The Difference Maker recognition program, now in its ninth year, provides the opportunity to salute the men and women of the office technology dealership and imaging industry for their efforts in helping to deliver on the values and ideals of their companies.
ENX Magazine Elite Dealers List
We have been selected as one of the Elite Dealers of 2023 by ENX Magazine. The award recognizes 118 dealer honorees, naming virtually all of the major dealerships across the country.
“We believe this list is indicative of the strength and vibrancy of the dealer channel,” said Susan Neimes, publisher and managing editor of ENX Magazine and ENX The Week in Imaging. ENX Magazine notes that the success of the distinguished dealers is due to their continued efforts to advance product diversification strategies to supplement revenues.
Ricoh Circle of Excellence Certification
We earned the Ricoh Circle of Excellence certification for 2023, the 11th consecutive year we have achieved this award.
The Ricoh Circle of Excellence is awarded to the top dealers in the United States. It has stringent assessment criteria, including technical expertise and quality of service, model certification, efficiency, response time success rates, overall customer satisfaction, process improvement initiatives, and utilization of Ricoh support services.
Chicago/Midwest Emmy Nominee
Members of our video production team—Cecilia Skurski, Director of Media Production; Julian Nisenboim, Video Editor; and Shawn Spear, Lead Animator—were nominated for an Emmy® award by the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, Chicago/Midwest chapter.
The nomination was in the category of Outstanding Achievement for Commercial—Single Spot or Campaign for our Happy Holidays from DOT Security video.

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel names us a winner of the Southeast Wisconsin Top Workplaces 2023 award. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC.

Reppy Award
We have received a 2023 RepVue Reppy Award for being a Top Rated Professional Development Company as rated by sales professionals. This is the second consecutive year we have received this award.
The RepVue Reppy awards, given out biannually to sales organizations that are top performers in key categories, seek to create a community where companies can showcase their strengths and improvements for the benefit of job seekers. Companies that are ranked in the top 20 for one of the categories or top 5 in a metro area are eligible to receive Reppy awards.
