How to change your email signature in Outlook:
Mac:
Step 1: In the top taskbar, select “Outlook”, then “Preferences”
Step 2: Under “Email”, click “Signatures”
Step 3: Edit your signature as desired
Windows:
Step 1: In the upper left corner, click “File”
Step 2: On the bottom of the sidebar, click “Options”
Step 3: From the pop-up sidebar, click “Options”
Step 4: Click the “Signatures” button
