Impact Reveals Major Leadership Changes

Lake Forest, IL: As Impact Networking, LLC. celebrated its twenty-fifth anniversary at an all-company meeting in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, the company officially introduced Michael Lepper as the new Chief Executive Officer and Anthony Cucco as the Chief Operating Officer. Lepper and Cucco will form Impact’s Executive Leadership Team along with Jeff Miller, Chief Financial Officer.

Co-founder and former Chief Executive Officer Frank Cucco stepped down to join the newly established Board of Directors. “2025 is going to be an exciting year for Impact. It will be our 25th anniversary and the rebirth of excitement, passion, determination, and discipline,” Frank Cucco said.

He added, “Reflecting on the incredible journey of the past 25 years, I am beyond proud of what we’ve built together. With younger voices and new ideas shaping our future, I am excited to see how the next generation will continue to advance our goals. The possibilities ahead are endless, and the best is yet to come.”

The Board of Directors also includes co-founder and former President Dan Meyer, former Executive Vice President Tom Pieters, and Timothy Weilandt.

"Impact has been a cornerstone in my life, and I hope I’ve played a meaningful role in helping this company grow and evolve,” said Michael Lepper. “Change can be challenging, but it also brings incredible potential. I know there are big shoes to fill, but my promise to Frank and the team is that I won't let them down."

He continued, “Every day isn’t easy—we face challenges and adversity—but by staying true to our values and making thoughtful decisions, we can continue to take care of our people, support our customers, and create opportunities for everyone as we move forward.”

Lepper began his career with Impact in May of 2010 as a Senior Sales Representative. Throughout the past fifteen years, he was promoted to Senior Vice President and was named a Partner at the company in 2014. Lepper graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational/Corporate Communications.

Incoming Chief Operating Officer, Anthony Cucco previously acted as the Director of Operations for Impact. Cucco has worked for Impact for the entirety of his career, beginning as an intern before transitioning to Business Development Specialist and then Executive Director of Client Services & Media.

“It’s a privilege to work alongside Michael Lepper and Jeff Miller, two leaders I greatly admire,” said Anthony Cucco. “This milestone wouldn’t have been possible without the support and guidance of my dad, Frank Cucco. He has not only taught me lessons I could never learn elsewhere but also challenged me to reach heights I never imagined possible. His belief in me has shaped who I am, and for that, I am endlessly grateful.”

Joining Lepper and Cucco on the Executive Leadership Team, Jeff Miller has spent the last decade in the finance department and the past three years as Chief Financial Officer. He was named a Partner at Impact on January 7, 2025, along with Chief Strategy Officer Ashley Carnes.
